Town Clerk
The Municipal Clerk is a statutory position appointed by the Town Council. The Municipal Clerk's duties are secretary to the Municipal Corporation and the Governing Body, Chief Administrative Officer in all elections, coordinator and records manager of local archives and record retention, provide for codification of ordinances, licensing official for licenses including alcoholic beverages, mercantile, dogs, cats, raffles, bingo and other games of chance, and other duties as imposed by state statutes & regulations.

State Statute NJSA 47:1A-2 sets forth the following costs for copies of documents requested through the Town Clerk's office:
75 cents/page for first 10 pages
50 cents/page for next 10 pages
25 cents/page for all pages above 20
