PDA Mission StatementThe mission of the Phillipsburg Downtown Association is to promote the revitalization and growth of downtown Phillipsburg through collaboration among property owners, private citizens, community and business leaders, town and government representatives and civic organizations.
PDA Purpose Statement
The exclusive purpose for which this corporation is formed is to benefit the public and the business community, particularly, but not solely, in and around Phillipsburg, New Jersey, by providing education to the public about the benefits of a vital and active downtown business district, and in support of that purpose to aid other civic, educational and charitable causes in the name of the business community of downtown Phillipsburg, Warren County, New Jersey.
PDA Vision Statement
Phillipsburg Downtown Association envisions an active and vibrant downtown that preserves the historic character, enhances natural resources and encourages new and continuing opportunities for growth, economically, socially and culturally. The vision of PDA fosters pride and promotes a positive image of Phillipsburg. This vision supports existing citizens as well as attracts new businesses and visitors thus enhancing the quality of life for all members of the community.
