Tax Bill Update

The Town of Phillipsburg has experienced a delay in mailing the 2026 Final Property Tax Bills due to the late certification of the tax rate.

In accordance with P.L. 1994, c.72 (N.J.S.A. 54:4-66), the payment grace period will be extended. No interest will be charged if payment is received by the extended grace period date printed on your tax bill.

Tax bills will be mailed as soon as the certified tax rate is received.
