Tax & Sewer Bill Update – 7/29/2026
Phillipsburg Stakeholders:
We understand many residents are wondering about their tax and sewer bills.
At this time, we are still awaiting the certified county tax rate and required state information before we can finalize and mail the 2026 property tax bills. We traditionally coordinate the mailing of both the tax and sewer bills to complete the process as efficiently as possible.
Sewer bills will be mailed on Thursday, July 30. Sewer payments are also available to be made online even if you have not yet received your physical sewer bill. Sewer bills will be due 8/31 with a 10-day grace period (no interest) through 9/10.
Property tax bills will be mailed as soon as possible after we receive the necessary information from our county and state partners. The grace period for tax payments will be 25 days from the postmark date.
