Leaf Collection 2026
🍂 2026 ANNUAL LEAF COLLECTION PROGRAM 🍂
The Town of Phillipsburg’s Annual Leaf Collection Program will run from November 2 through December 14, 2026. The Department of Public Services will collect loose leaves from streets and gutters in designated areas according to the schedule below.
🍁 Bagged Leaves
✔ Bagged leaves are picked up on your regular garbage collection day.
✔ Clear bags are preferred for leaf collection; however, lawn paper bags and black bags are also accepted.
✔ The Town provides residents with 5 free clear bags per week, available at Town Hall, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Please place bagged leaves at the curb separately from your normal household refuse.

| Dec. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 14 | Hillcrest Area – Belvidere Road to Memorial Parkway |
Loose leaf collection is completed by zone. Once a sub-zone has been cleared, there will be NO callbacks. Areas not specifically listed above must bag their leaves for collection.
🚫 County Roads
Leaves will not be collected curbside on County roads. Residents on County roads must bag their leaves for collection in accordance with County regulations. leafcollection 2026
