P.L. 2001, CHAPTER 404
N.J.S. 47:1A-1 et seq.The Legislature finds and declares it to be the public policy of this State that:

To obtain public records from the Town of Phillipsburg, use the online OPRArequests fillable PDF  or PRINT a copy of the OPRA request form. The downloadable PDF will be transmitted electronically to the Phillipsburg Clerk’s Office. The printed copy must be completed and submitted to the appropriate department via email, regular mail or in person at the Phillipsburg Municipal Building.
