With a nor’easter developing along the East Coast, JCP&L says crews and resources are being positioned ahead of possible outages.

Phillipsburg residents should be prepared and remember: JCP&L may not know your power is out unless you report it. Even if your neighbor has already reported an outage, customers should report their own outage.

Report & Check an Outage
• Online through JCP&L/FirstEnergy’s outage website
• Text OUT to 544487 (LIGHTS)
• Text STAT to 544487 for an update on a reported outage
• Not registered for texts? Text REG to 544487
• Call 1-888-LIGHTSS (1-888-544-4877)
• Customers with a communication disability can use TRS at 711
