The Town of Phillipsburg would like to inform residents and motorists of ongoing and upcoming roadwork throughout Town. Please be advised of the following locations and anticipated work:
CO-OP PAVING PROJECT – MILLING SCHEDULE
Thursday, October 15 & Friday, October 16
- Ann Street – Green Street to Sayre Street
- Mill Street – Steele Street to Kent Street
- Webster Street – Wilbur Avenue to Sayre Street
- Wilbur Avenue – James Street to Kent Street
- Lock Street – Milling work
ADDITIONAL ROADWORK & INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
Hill Street – Pursel Street to Congress Street
- Stormwater pipe and structure replacement, with possible curb and sidewalk removal as part of the ongoing EPA Project.
Rose Street
- Water service line installation.
Center Street & Green Street
- Curb ramp installation.
Crack Sealing Locations
- 1061 & 1084 Bartlett Street
- 650 Hillcrest Boulevard
- 295 Irwin Street
- 164 Oaklyn Road
Mercer Street
- Utility power source work.
Various Roadways Throughout Town
- Infrared asphalt patch repairs.

Residents and motorists should anticipate possible traffic delays, temporary parking restrictions, and changes in traffic patterns in affected areas.
